- Your plan is designed by me based off my unique approach to training and using my own training methods
- Programs are delivered online every 4 weeks via phone app, in a simple to use digital format for easy access
- Once you’ve purchased my plan, you will be sent a welcome email and be given a few pre-program tasks to complete. You will be asked to provide further information about your training history and preferences so I can personalise your plan for you
- Your plan will be delivered to you 24-hours after you have completed sign-up
- Regular coaching tips provided to help you along the way covering all relevant topics
